Clothing: Wearing garb (medieval type clothes) is encouraged yet not required. Dress comfortably and enjoy!

Rooms:

Chesapeake 1 – main convention sessions – 100 person chevron theater seating
Chesapeake 2 – gaming and vendor/exhibitor room – 80 person room with round tables
Hospitality Suite – social room for 30-person gatherings on the 11th floor.

Schedule Notes:

There’s a lot of time for Questions and Answers
Chesapeake 2 is open all day for gaming, relaxing, and small groups
Hospitality Suite is open to everyone (30 person capacity) to mingle and enjoy more food, soft drinks

1:30 pm — Dev Panel 1 “Building New Britannia” by Starr Long (technology and making the game) – Chesapeake 1
3:30 pm — Dev Panel 2 “The Story of the Avatar” by Richard Garriott (sp/fp storyline and virtue) – Chesapeake 1
5:30 pm — Convention rooms close for the day.
5:30 pm — REMINDER: Hospitality Suite (30 people capacity) is open for socializing
5:30 pm — Dinner – local area
8:00 pm — VIP Attendees Hangout with Developers (Hospitality Suite)
10:00 pm — Hospitality Suite is back open to the public!

4:30 pm — SotA Con East – Post Mortem and 2017 Announcements by Violation (feedback from people about the con and information about the upcoming 2017 SotA Con)
5:30 pm — Convention rooms close for the day.
