You will receive your badge at the convention during check-in. We currently do not plan on providing complimentary badge holders. For example:

Donations are welcomed and appreciated for those who cannot make it to the event. You can donate via PayPal above.
* Attendee registration is non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the event, your registration donation will be used for the event and all excess funds will be donated to Portalarium for Shroud of the Avatar development. You may transfer your registration as described below.
** Attendee registration is transferable to another person who can attend. If you cannot make it to the event, you can transfer your registration to another person by contacting the event organizers. Provide your information (registered name, email address, ticket donation amount) and the person you are transferring your registration to (name to be registered, email address). Clearly state that you are transferring your attendee registration. We will verify your information, register the new person, and send you and them a confirmation.
